WHEREAS, by order of the Circuit Court, special prosecutors are appointed to handle the prosecution of particular cases; and,
WHEREAS, special prosecutor Patrick W. Peters submitted an invoice for special prosecutor investigation fees which have been found reasonable and necessary by order of the Circuit Court and are now due and payable; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to issue a check in the amount of $9,605.00 to Jack Albrecht to cover special prosecutor investigation fees as ordered by the Circuit Court.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
