IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 64.2 ± acre tract generally located 1 ½ miles south of U.S. Highway 50 on the east side of Smart Road and specifically described as:

All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 47, Range 31 in Jackson County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24; thence East along the East line of said Northwest Quarter, North 00 degrees 00 minutes 28 seconds West, 1320.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence parallel to and 1320.00 feet North of the South line of said Northwest Quarter, North 89 degrees, 47 minutes, 07 seconds West 2625.08 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Smart Road as described by Document No. 642152 in Book 1148 at page 17, said point being 35 feet East of the West line of said Northwest Quarter; thence along the East right-of-way line of said Smart Road, parallel to and 35 feet East of the West line of said Northwest Quarter, North 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds East, 909.79 feet to a point on the Westerly projection of t...
