Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "LB" (Local Business) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District LB a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 3 ± acre tract of land generally located at the southeast corner of Gammon Road and Lone Jack-Lee's Summit Road and more specifically described:

All that part of the Southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 16; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 17 seconds East along the North line of said quarter section a distance of 224.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 45 minutes 17 seconds East along the North line of said quarter section a distance of 131.77 feet; thence South 02 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 506.87 feet; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 355.77 feet to a point on the West line of said quarter section; thence North 02 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East along the West line of said quarter section a distance of 281.87 feet; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 224.00 feet; thence North 02 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 225.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
