WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Special Road & Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the costs of four additional seasonal maintenance worker positions for the Public Works Department's construction crew; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1996 Special Road & Bridge Fund:
