Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 9182, dated March 9, 1992, enter into a contract with Wells Fargo Armored Services of Riverside, MO, in the amount of $22,847.57 for armored car services for use by various county departments; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed 90-day extension and increase to this contract is necessary to allow the County sufficient time to rebid this contract, and this increase will not exceed $9,058.11.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the increase to the aforesaid contract is approved and the Director of Purchasing is authorized to execute the necessa y documents on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
