Body
WHEREAS, the County’s Chief Compliance Review Officer (CRO) Tom Wyrsch has retired from his position; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Legislature appoint a successor CRO to fill this vacancy; and,
WHEREAS, Jaime Guillen possesses all of the qualifications required for this office; and,
WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 28, 2020, the Legislature’s Finance and Audit Committee recommended the appointment of Jaime Guillen to the position of CRO pursuant to section 629.1 of the Jackson County Code; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Jaime Guillen be and hereby is appointed Chief Compliance Review Officer to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Tom Wyrsch pursuant to section 629.1 of the Jackson County Code.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
