Body
WHEREAS, the Family Drug Court - 16th Judicial Circuit Court received a grant from the Department of Justice, Office of Drug Courts Programs, in the award amount of $285,268.00; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to provide a portion of the local match requirement for the Family Drug Court - 16th Judicial Circuit Court grant; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2000 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund :
