Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 10767, dated April 3, 1995, enter into a term and supply contract with Correctional Foodservice Management of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $833,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the County now desires to extend this contract for a period of six months in the estimated amount of $416,500.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the extension to the aforesaid contract is approved and the Director of Purchasing is authorized to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
