Body
WHEREAS, the County has received a grant from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for the Stadiums/Recycling Waste Audit Grant Project; and,
WHEREAS, the grant award is $20,000.00, with an in-kind match from outside agencies of $5,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant and matching funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation as an amendment to her proposed 2002 County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
