Body
WHEREAS, the Little Blue Valley Sewer District has submitted a request for an easement along the south and east boundary lines of River Bluff Park for the Mill Creek Sewerage Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has determined that this easement will have no adverse effect on the Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, has reviewed and approved the easement; and,
WHEREAS, the Department and the Little Blue Valley Sewer District have negotiated and recommend the terms of the attached easement agreement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached easement agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
