Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 40 ñ acre tract of land is generally located at the northwest corner of Corn Spur Road and Gibson Road and specifically described as all of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 36, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri, except that part lying south of Corn Spur Road.

Section 2. The preliminary plat "Thompson Place," creating a 7-lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved.
Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Keith Carter (RZ-98-097), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on February 19, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
