Body
WHEREAS, a reappropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2002 Health Fund is necessary to restore lapsed 2001 funding to the Swope Parkway Health Center; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this reappropriation as an amendment to her 2002 proposed Jackson County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following reappropriation be and hereby is made:
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
002-2810 Unappropriated Surplus $107,972
002-7601-6789 Outside Agency Funding $107,972
and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make any and all payments remaining on the 2001 contracts with Swope Parkway Health Center.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
