WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 General Fund is necessary to cover proposed contracts with Countryside BMX and South Suburban Junior Athletic Association; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1998 General Fund:
