BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 54.5 ± acres are generally located at the northeast corner of Hutt Road and Hendricks Road and specifically described as a part of the South ½ of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 25, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri; being herein described as: Beginning at the S.W. corner of said N.W. 1/4; thence N 2? 06' 39" E along the West Line of said N.W. 1/4 for 1323.81 feet to the N.W. corner of said South ½ of N.W. 1/4; thence N 87? 57' 32" E along the North Line of said South ½ of N.W. 1/4 for 721.10 feet; thence S 2? 06' 39" W for 571.37 feet; thence N 88? 09' 35" for 1882.45 feet to a point 55 feet west of the East Line of said N.W. 1/4; thence S 1? 53' 58" W and parallel to said East Line for 754.78 feet to the South Line of said N.W. 1/4; thence S 89? 09' 35" W for 2606.17 feet to the point of beginning containing 54.45 acres.
