Body
WHEREAS, Compliance Review Officer (CRO) Mary Lou Smith has retired from her position; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Legislature appoint a successor CRO to fill this office; and,
WHEREAS, Tom Wyrsch is experienced in local government operations and possesses all of the qualifications for this office; and,
WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 2007, the Finance and Audit Committee recommended Mr. Wyrsch to fill this position; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Tom Wyrsch is hereby appointed Compliance Review Officer to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Mary Lou Smith.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
