BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "B" (Two-Family Dwelling) District and the "LI-p" (Light Industrial - Planned Development) District so that there will be transferred from District B to District LI-p a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 8.4 ± acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of Blue Ridge Blvd. and 22 nd Street Terrace (Blue Summit) and specifically described as:

PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 49, RANGE 32, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION 693 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION 762.1 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF BLUE RIDGE ROAD; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF BLUE RIDGE ROAD 700.3 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 846 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, EXCEPTING FROM ABOVE, LOTS 14, 15, 16 AND 17 IN BLUE RIDGE PLAZA, A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND, BUT INCLUDING ALL OF SAID BLUE RIDGE PLAZA EXCEPT SAID LOTS SPECIFICALLY EXCEPTED, AND EXCEPT THOSE PARTS FOR ROADS.
