Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 15505, the County did award a contract on the 2005 Pavement Maintenance Phase 1 (Fly-Ash Base Stabilization) Project, No. 3037, to Superior Bowen Asphalt Company of Kansas City, MO; and,

WHEREAS, the project is now complete and has been accepted by the Director of Public Works, such that final payment is now due and owing; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make final payment on the contract with Superior Bowen Asphalt Company for the 2005 Pavement Maintenance Phase 1 (Fly-Ash Base Stabilization) Project, No. 3037.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
