BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:

The 78.8 ± acres are located at the northwest corner of Nebgen Road and Hardsaw Road and specifically described as a part of the northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows: The true point of beginning being the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri; thence north 00 degrees, 08 minutes, 22 seconds east, 2609.84 feet along the west line of the northwest quarter of said Section 13 to the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 13; thence south 89 degrees, 35 minutes, 56 seconds east, 1318.50 feet along the north line of the northwest quarter of said Section 13 to the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 13; thence south 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds east, 2460.55 feet along the east line of the west one half of the northwest quarter of said Section 13; thence south 56 degrees, 12 minutes, 24 seconds west, 272.25 feet to a point of intersection with the south line of the northwest quarter of said Section 13; ...
