Body
WHEREAS, Resolution 11955, dated November 24, 1997, authorized the County Executive to execute a contract with Swope Parkway Health Center to provide a local match of $50,000.00 to a grant received by Swope Parkway for its Health Care for the Homeless Program; and,
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney now recommends that the date for the contract be effective as of May 1, 1997, and extend through April 30, 1998, upon the terms and conditions of the First Addendum attached hereto; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be, and hereby is, authorized to execute the attached First Addendum to the Agreement with Swope Parkway Health Center; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance be, and hereby is, authorized to make all payments, including final payments on the Agreement and the First Addendum thereto...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
