Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 6.87 ± acres are less than 1/4 of a mile north of Makey Road on the east side of Riner Road and specifically described as:

Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of Section 2, Township 49, Range 30, thence with the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section, S 00?00'00"E, 755.32 feet to the Point of Beginning. Thence from said Point of Beginning, S 89?40'52"E, 420.00 feet; thence N 00?00'00"W, 251.04 feet; thence S 89?40'52"E, 881.48 feet; thence S 00?03'29"E, 311.05 feet; thence N89?40'52"W, 1301.80 feet to a point on the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of aforesaid Section 2, Township 49, Range 30; thence with said 1/4 Section line, N 00?00'00", 60.00 feet back to the Point of Beginning and containing 6.87 acres. Subject to road Rights of Way and easements as may not be established.


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Jeff Wilson (RZ-2004-336), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on April 15, 2004, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.
