BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following reappropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1995 General Fund to cover the reappropriation of funds originally appropriated in 1994 to pay fees for special prosecutors, to be reimbursed by the State of Missouri:
