BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. A conditional use permit is hereby renewed for a period of twenty years to operate a horse boarding stable, as to an approximate 17.5 + acre tract of land commonly known as 11920 S. Easley Road, Lee's Summit, MO, and specifically described as follows:

Description:
