Body
WHEREAS, several line items have been exhausted due to unanticipated legal expenses within the County Counselor's budget; and,
WHEREAS, transfers are necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends the following transfers; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2009 General Fund be and hereby is made:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following transfer within the 2009 Park Fund be and hereby is made:
