BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 3 ± acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of Courtney Road and Atherton Road and more specifically described as follows:

A replat of LOT 6, KOEHLER ADDITION, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, and that part of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 50, Range 31 in Jackson County, Missouri described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said section; thence North 87 degrees 27 minutes 52 seconds West, along the South line of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4), a distance of 18.64 feet (deed reads North 89 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West); thence North 02 degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 11.77 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Courtney Road, as now established, said point being the Southeast corner of LOT 6, KOEHLER ADDITION (deed reads North 00 degrees 38 minutes 35 seconds East); thence North 87 degrees 50 minutes 18 seconds West, along said North right-of-way line, a distance of 104.36 feet to the East line of LOT 5, KOEHLER ADDITION; thence North 02 degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds East, along the East line of said LOT 5, a distance of 197.77 feet to the Northeast corner of said LOT 5; thence Nort...
