BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 5 ± acres are generally located at the northeast corner of Wolf Road and Bone Hill Road and specifically described as a tract of land in the East ½ of the Southeast ¼, Section 30, Township 50 North, Range 29 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 30-50-29; thence with the South line of said Southeast ¼ N88?10'23"W, 525.89' to a point on the East Right-of-Way line of Wolf Road as described in Book 1306 at Page 15 of the Jackson County Office of the Recorder of Deeds; thence with said East Right-of-Way N00?20'23"W, 408.94'; thence leaving said East line with a line parallel to the South line of the Southeast ¼ S88?10'23"E, 540.04' to a point of the East line of the Southeast ¼ of aforesaid Section 30-50-29; thence with the East line thereof S01?38'35"W, 408.65' back to the POINT of BEGINNING aka 37110 E. Bone Hill Road.
