WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB201025 for the furnishing of golf course chemicals and fertilizers for use by the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, a total of eighteen (22) notifications were distributed and seven (7) responses were received; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends that the contract be divided and awarded to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in awards to the following vendors:

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Director of Finance and Purchasing and that the Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
