BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:

A 6 + lot generally located 1/2 + mile north of Duncan Road on the west side of Buckner-Tarsney Road, more particularly described as Lot 11, Meadow Estates, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri as now of record as Document No. I-856246 in the Recorder of Deeds Office in Independence, Missouri on July 12, 1988 and being part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 49, Range 30 and part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 49, Range 30 all in Jackson County, Missouri


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Larry Reynolds (RZ-96-032), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on July 18, 1996, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
