WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 Health Fund is necessary to adjust contractual services and salaries accounts to reflect current staffing of the Medical Examiner's Office; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 Health Fund:
