WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2003 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the costs of software needs within the Sheriff's Office, not identified at the time of the adoption of the 2003 Budget; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Executive of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2003 Special Road and Bridge be and hereby is made:
