Body
WHEREAS, the Executive Transition Team recommends that $97,774.00 in Anti-Drug Sales Tax Funds be allocated to the Sheriff's Office's 2009 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2009 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover this program; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2009 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
