Body
WHEREAS, the COMBAT Commission, at its meeting of August 17, 1998, recommended a nine-month contract with the firm of Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, & Mullane for the continuation of its work regarding accounting standards for expenditures from the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the firm shall be paid the sum of $60.00 per hour, in an amount not to exceed $22,500.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute a contract with Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane, a copy of which is attached hereto, as recommended by the COMBAT Commission; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
