BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1998 Grant Fund to cover the Project Turn Around Grant for Family Court funded by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Division of Youth Services:
