WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Family Court Division's Health in Detention grant received from the State of Missouri Department of Public Safety, now; therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2004 Grant Fund:
