WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Health Fund to cover the cost of replacing two part-time investigators with one full time position with benefits for the Medical Examiner's Office; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends such transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 1996 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
