Body
WHEREAS, Heartland Nursery has submitted a request for easements along the Little Blue Trace property located at I-470 and View High Drive; and,
WHEREAS, these two easements will service Heartland Nursery, a small commercial development planned for this location; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has determined that these easements will have no adverse effect on the Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, has reviewed and approved the easements; and,
WHEREAS, the Parks Department and Heartland Nursery have negotiated and recommend the terms of the attached easement agreements; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached easement agreements are hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreements on behalf of the County.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
