Body
WHEREAS, Public Water Supply District No. 17 has requested a water line easement in connection with the Buckner Tarsney Road Project, Parcel #1, No. 2264, to replace an easement taken by the widening of a roadway; and,
WHEREAS, this easement is 30 feet wide as set forth in the Waterline Easement; and,
WHEREAS, to effect this easement the County and Public Water Supply District have negotiated the attached Agreement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the attached Waterline Easement is hereby approved, and that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Waterline Agreement in favor of Public Water Supply District No. 17.Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
