WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to combine all administrative costs for the COMBAT Commission within one spending organization; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1996 Anti- Drug Sales Tax Fund:
