BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1998 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover a grant for the Jackson County Drug Task Force funded by the United States Executive Office of the President's Midwest High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Investigative Support Center, for the purpose of contracting with an intelligence analyst:
