Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 15413, dated March 7, 2005, the Legislature awarded a term and supply contract to Swope Health Services of Kansas City, MO, under RFP No. 65-04 for the furnishing of drug treatment services for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in its Drug Court Program; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of Jackson County that Resolution 15413 be rescinded; and,
WHEREAS, the agreement with Swope Health Services has not yet been issued for execution; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Resolution 15413, dated March 7, 2005, be and hereby is rescinded.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
