Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to replace the O'Donnell Road Bridge, more specifically described as: Bridge No. 0910011, located over Fire Prairie Creek, Section 13, Township 50 N, Range 30 W, being ½ mile north of Route 24 Highway and one mile east of the city of Buckner on O'Donnell Road; and,

WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has now requested that the County Executive be authorized to execute the attached funding agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission, which provides for the allocation of the costs of this project between the federal and state governments (80%) and the County (20%); now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission, for the replacement of the O'Donnell Road Bridge, Project No. 2403.



Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
