Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Social Services Division of Youth Services has awarded a grant in the amount of $131,576.00 to the Family Court Division of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri for its Facilitating Treatment Delivery Grant project; and,
WHEREAS, the Facilitating Treatment Delivery Grant addresses the need to orchestrate the development and maintenance of integrated systems of care for emotionally disturbed/ mentally disordered juveniles within the County juvenile facilities, namely Hilltop and McCune Residential Centers; and,
WHEREAS, the term of this grant is from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, acceptance of this grant requires an appropriation of $131,576.00 in order to place the grant monies in the proper spending accounts for use by the Family Court Division; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
