Body
WHEREAS, the City of Kansas City has requested a permanent easement totaling 327 square feet and a temporary construction easement totaling ± 13,000 square feet in conjunction with a sanitary sewer main replacement at Ess Road and Little Blue Road, with a portion of the work falling within the Little Blue Trace Park; and,
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to pay a total of $8,211.12 for tree replacement value and the easement processing fee, per section 5099.3, Jackson County Code, 1984, which sets values for easements on County park land; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached Permanent Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the Easements on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
