Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 5918, dated April 23, 1985, enter into a Lease with Jacomo Water-Slide, Inc., to operate the water slide concession at Lake Jacomo; and,
WHEREAS, said Lease was most recently renewed on March 2, 1993, for a term which expired on December 31, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into an Addendum to Lease, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the same purpose; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Addendum to Lease be, and is hereby approved and the County Executive be, and hereby is authorized to execute said addendum to Lease on behalf of the County.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
