Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has been advised that the County has been approved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to receive storm water grants for the Hunter Road and Allen Road projects in the total amount of $32,500; and,
WHEREAS, the remaining costs of these projects are included in the County's 1995 budget; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Public Works be, and hereby is, authorized to execute any and all documents necessary for the acceptance of stormwater grants from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
