WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the costs of an additional court clerk II position, within the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund budget; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1997 Anti- Drug Sales Tax Fund:
