WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted in section 9059 of the Jackson County Code, 1984, the Chairman of the Housing Resource Commission has appointed Celestine Williams to serve as the part-time Director of the Housing Resource Commission at an annual salary of $25,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, this appointment is subject to legislative approval; and,
WHEREAS, a copy of Ms. Williams resume is attached; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Celestine Williams as the part-time Director of the Housing Resource Commission at an annual salary of $25,000.00 be and hereby is approved.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
