Body
WHEREAS, in connection with the City of Kansas City, Missouri's 22/23 Street Corridor Project, No. 1213, it is necessary that certain real property and property rights adjacent to Truman Medical Center-West be conveyed to the City, from Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the County will be paid $7,878.00, which has been estimated to be just compensation for such property and property rights; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Temporary Easements and General Warranty Deeds are necessary to effect the conveyance of said property and property rights; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Temporary Easements and General Warranty Deeds in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
