Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded a Victim Services Advocates Grant to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to cover the cost of a victim advocate for its Victim Services Program; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation and transfer are necessary for the continuation of this program; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation and transfer; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2000 General Fund and appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Grant Fund be and hereby are made:
