Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the cost of safety equipment and specialty items to be used to eliminate methamphetamine labs by the Jackson County Drug Enforcement Task Force; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends such transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
