Body
WHEREAS, Spire Missouri, Inc. has requested that the County grant one new permanent utility easement of a new gas line and related gas line infrastructure along SW Scherer Road at the Rock Island Trail in Lee’s Summit, Missouri; and,
WHEREAS, if granted, the SW Scherer Road permanent utility easement will be 3,261 square feet; and,
WHEREAS, Spire Missouri, Inc. will pay the $2,000.00 County administrative fee and the $.040/sf easement fee of $1,304.40 for a total of $3,304.40 for the SW Scherer Road permanent utility easement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that said permanent utility easement in favor of Spire Missouri, Inc. is hereby approved and the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the easement on behalf of the County.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
